Potential members must meet the following guidelines:
- Must work from a home office or regional location in the states of Oregon or Washington, away from the primary institution.
- Membership is open to regional representatives located outside the states of Oregon and Washington, so long as their recruitment activities include significant travel in the region.
- Member or their institution must be affiliated with NACAC or PNACAC
- Members must work for a not-for-profit and regionally accredited institution.
If approved, ARROW membership includes annual membership dues as follows:
- For institutions with one member: $70 per year
- For institutions with more than one member (up to 7 members): $85 per year
- For institutions with more than 7 members: $85 + $15 additional per regional
